'GrainAndGreen started with a humble ambition: to serve genuine Neapolitan pizza in Naples. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-owned business with recipes passed from one generation to the next.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her journeys across Italy, honing her skills with expert pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, sticking to traditional methods and the choicest ingredients.
Starting out as a small 12-seater pizza shop, we've evolved into a cherished community fixture, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness stays unaltered. We continue to employ classic wood-fire oven techniques, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and use the finest ingredients available.
Today, 'GrainAndGreen' is still in the hands of the original family, with the Rossi progeny at the helm of our zealous brigade. While we've adopted certain contemporary advancements, the essence of our trade remains consistent: forging delightful, authentic pizza that unites patrons.
